About RSEF

RSEF brings together leaders and key stakeholders to exchange ideas, address service challenges and shape better service delivery in Rwanda.

The forum

RSEF is a national platform for the people responsible for how services are delivered in Rwanda: institutions, regulators, businesses, professional bodies and practitioners.

The forum is built around working sessions rather than speeches. Each one is meant to produce something usable: a practice worth copying, a barrier worth removing, a commitment worth holding people to.
