This policy covers the personal information collected through forum.trusted.rw for the Rwanda Service Excellence Forum, organised by Trusted Rw.

What we collect

When you register to attend we collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation, job title, sector, country and the type of attendance you choose. You may optionally give us a LinkedIn profile, dietary requirements, accessibility requirements and any note you want the organisers to have.

When you contact us or apply to partner with the forum we collect what you type into that form.

Why we hold it

To administer your attendance: to confirm your place, to tell you where and when to come, to plan capacity, catering and access, and to answer you when you write to us.

Communications

You will receive messages about the edition you registered for. You receive nothing else unless you asked for it by ticking the updates box, and you can withdraw that at any time by replying to any message or writing to us.

Who sees it

The organising team. We do not sell attendee information, and we do not pass it to partners or sponsors. Your name and organisation are not published on this website.

How long we keep it

For the edition you registered for and a reasonable period afterwards for planning the next one. Ask us to remove your details and we will.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to forum@trusted.rw.

Cookies

This site sets a session cookie so forms work and so a registration confirmation can be shown back to you. There is no advertising or third party tracking on it.
