Terms and Conditions

These terms cover attendance at the Rwanda Service Excellence Forum and use of forum.trusted.rw.

Registration

Registration is personal to the individual named on it and is not transferable without telling the organisers. Registering is a request to attend; a place is confirmed when we say it is.

Admission

Places are limited by the capacity of the venue. Where an edition is full, registrations are waitlisted in the order they arrive. The organisers may decline or withdraw a registration where it is necessary for the running or the safety of the event.

Changes

The programme, speakers and venue may change. Material changes are sent to everyone registered, to the address they registered with.

Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other participants, staff and venue personnel.

Recording

Sessions may be photographed or recorded for reporting on the forum. Tell the organisers on the day if you would rather not appear.

Liability

The organisers are not liable for personal belongings, travel or accommodation costs arising from changes to the event.
